Discover the art of making beautiful edible sugar flowers and leaves from the winner 2015 Royal Canberra Show Grand Champion Cake decorator.
Whilst in the studio you will be provided with all required equipment to make and present your flowers and leaves, you are NOT required to purchase any tools or equipment for this workshop. Flower types will be selected from a list suitable to attendees skill level. Flowers may include any of the following: Gerbera, two tone dog roses, frangipani, blossoms, daffodil.
- you will be provided with a recipe for modelling paste
- learn how to use and store modelling paste
- learn how to shape, mould and form petals and leaves
- learn a variety of colouring techniques to achieve amazing looking flowers and leaves
- learn how to arrange your completed flowers and leaves on a small presentation board
