In this workshop you will learn a range of skills to complete an amazing range of cupcakes. You will complete a cupcake hamburger, delicate cupcakes suitable for a high tea!.  

You will learn how to make sugar flowers, basic royal icing and cake embossing. 

All consumables and equipment are provided for your use during the class.  You do not need to bring anything.

You will sample cupcakes which include turkish jewel, cherry ripe and more.

What you take home:  A minimum of 6 decorated cupcakes.  This class is suitable for ages 10+
